All of Sunflower Rosaries products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Sunflower Rosaries will do any repair on any item we make, for free. However we cannot guarantee that items made with base metal parts will not tarnish.You pay the postage to us. We pay the postage back to you.
All sales are final. Pre-Payment required on all orders. If there is a defect on any item, we will replace it with the identical item for free, including reimbursing you for the cost of the return postage. Please understand, however, that we cannot absorb the loss and refund items you ordered if you made a mistake, such as choosing a wrong size, color, or combination. That is why we list all dimensions of items like crucifixes, to help eliminate you ordering something other than what you really wanted.
Please remember we are a homeschooling family and a little extra time is needed to fill orders. Please allow 4 weeks on all orders. If order is going to take longer due to availability from supplier, you will be notified by email. Due to different monitors and computers colors on fabric and beads may vary.
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 and offer free shipping on orders over $100. This does not include insurance. If you would like insurance on your items please contact for extra charges.
